“I had two longings and one was fighting the other. I wanted to be loved and I wanted to be always alone.”

“She was everything I needed and everything I could not have. But I did not care, I was chasing after her as if she was gasoline and I was a match, I was fascinated with the way I knew she would destroy me but I couldn’t resist finding out how beautiful the flames would be. She came with a warning label and I came lips tinted with poison from the ones before. It was something about the way she looked at me, I knew she could see through every mask straight to the box of fears I keep under lock and key, she could see the monster in me but the irony of it all is she saw something beyond it. And suddenly instead of being angry at the sight of my reflection and seeing all the bad, I started searching to find what she saw. When I looked in her eyes I could see the pain she tried to lock away, I could see the fear. I wondered if maybe I could make her feel as safe as she did me. I wanted to. I wanted to study her, learn her, know her. I couldn’t figure out why but all I knew is she was my gasoline and I was her match….us together could be dangerous, but the flames would be beautiful.”

“You’re the greatest risk I’ve ever taken. And the greatest reward.”

It’s been months since we last touched…
You show too little
And I think too much
I pushed this love until it could go no further

Don’t you dare say it died
It was surely murdered

“Our past is like cemetery. Every time I visit it, I grief.”

“We’ve been apart for months now, and I wonder if you ever think of me before you fall asleep at night, or when you’re staring at the night sky.
If you ever stop doing what you’re doing because you suddenly remembered some random things that I told you.
If you can still see me at the places that we used to go and if you still think of our dreams that never came true.
If you can still feel the endless hugs and kisses that we shared.
I wonder
Because it’s been months now, but I still think of you.”

“Love is an attempt to change a piece of a dream world into reality.”

“Anyone who falls in love is searching for the missing pieces of themselves. So anyone who’s in love gets sad when they think of their lover. It’s like stepping back inside a room you have fond memories of, one you haven’t seen in a long time.”
